CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Effective Date: March 28, 2022
It is understandable that sometimes plans change or something unexpected happens inhibiting you from participating in the session. In transparency, almost every scheduled session has clients queuing for it, and to honor everyone's time, it is important to open the session for someone else if you cannot show up.
Please note that if you get sick, it is highly recommended to keep the session because frequency work truly helps you to boost your immune system and recover quicker.
Cancellation for a Private (Individual or Couple’s) Frequency Session received at least 48 hours before the appointment time: an option to either reschedule the session for another day as client credit or receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. If canceling the appointment yourself please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund as the online system does not carry this out automatically.
Cancellation for a Private (Individual or Couple’s) Frequency Session made within 48 hours of the appointment time: no refund, no make-up session, and no client credit will be given.
No Show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your appointment: No refund, no client credit in full or partial, and no make-up session will be given.
All sales are final for Group Frequency Programs and recordings: No refunds will be issued.
