This Somatic Frequency Immersion provides deep root-level healing to reset your nervous system. The nervous system is an intricate and vast network that participates in transforming subtle vibrational signals into embodied experiences. On a frequency level, the nervous system is a network between the subtly vibrating frequencies and more dense frequencies that create the sensation of physicality. It is a highly programmable network meaning that it manages the experiences as a living memory that then impacts the way you respond to situations in life.
The nervous system memory happens in relation to LINEAR TIME and SPACE creating PATTERNS unique for each of us. For example, someone may be in a peaceful physical space and feel completely stressed while another might be in the middle of chaos and feel like the calm ocean on the inside. This patterning can help you to feel empowered in your life or when distorted pull you out of your center. Over time, distorting patterns become chronic bubbling up in different forms: in work, relationships, prosperity, health, fulfillment, etc.
In this somatic work, you may recognize that it is not the external situations that shape the nervous system but that you experience the situation because of the frequencies that we already resonate in. From the frequency point of view, this allows you to rewrite the old distorting patterns (such as lack, stress, self-sabotage, and sacrifice) and step into your optimal thrive that might even be beyond your imagination right now!
In Somatic Frequency Immersion sessions, we work beyond linear time and space that gives you the power to reprogram the nervous system consciously - to create an environment for pure potential, freedom, and calm confidence as a human being! It will help you to supercharge this communication highway that impacts the whole package: hormonal balance, overall wellbeing, relationships, and especially how fulfilled you feel in your own life.
This program includes two Group Frequency Sessions and one Frequency Meditation for Deep Rest that helps to regulate sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The live sessions will focus on resetting the stress patterns such as feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, or mental/physical overactivity. We will also focus on the dysfunction of the parasympathetic nervous system that manifests as depression, heaviness, numbness, or avoidance. The third session is recorded with specific frequencies to cultivate deep rest and relaxation and it is recommended to listen at night while falling asleep. This will help to reprogram the system to self-regulate itself with more efficiency until it happens automatically in your daily life.
This program was recorded during a live immersion in September 2021. The frequency calibration happens in a space that is beyond linear time, therefore you will receive the benefits of the sessions even without having been present for the live recording moment. When you listen to the sessions, it is your Self that accesses the eternal present and does the work supported by the frequencies that are generated in that space.
